He heads the arbitration desk at the law firm Madumere & Madumere in Abuja, Nigeria. He holds a Master’s Degree with distinction in Petroleum Law and Policy from CEPMLP, University of Dundee, Scotland.
He holds a Phd in UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and UNCITRAL Rules on Transparency from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He is a member of the ICC Arbitration Commission on Arbitration & ADR. He has significant experience in over 90 arbitration cases, both locally and internationally, involving disputes related to joint ventures, energy and Natural Resources, construction, and Infrastructure.
